Despite numerous and ongoing requests for this office to stop contacting us, they refuse to take us off their contacts. They have been harassing us for years trying to get us to rent or sell our property through them. if and when we need an agent we will definitely not use Chancellors. Nick Sampson has been particularly rude and persistent.

Worst experience of my life. If you want to sell your house don’t go with Chancellors Kidlington They put the buyers off. They are direspectful and not honest.

Experience from a relative that had dealing with Chancellors Kidlington also we have used Chancellors in Bicester in the past. Perhaps this is major big agent but not the only estate in Kidlington however they don’t seem to have a sense of urgency to get things done and to give professional advice. They would prefer only to reply when it’s suits them.

Absolutely diabolical service that we have had from Chancellors completely utterly wasted our time, money and belief. Firstly it has taken over a year and still no completion due to the seller pulling out ok you can say this bad luck or just incompetency from the agent part. Buyer requested to change solicitors, then some documents got lost, then they are struggling with funds. Then they are on holiday and needed to apply for a mortgage. Time after time just been giving us the around. We then instructed we will be changing agents and requested the property to be removed from all advertisements 2 months on the advertisement is still active. If anyone is considering seller, buying or rent stay clear of using Chancellors.

My experience with Chancellors was both as a seller and buyer. The service I received from Cameron, Ryan and Julian was exemplary. Everyone was always very helpful, friendly and dealt with any queries in a professional and pleasant manner. Thanks everyone. It’s been a wonderful experience working with you all.
