I have nothing but great things to say about this agency. My local branch in Headington were on a mission to sell my flat. Not much in it for them as a small value property and whenever I felt disheartened, they continued to persevere and got a load of viewings through the door and now sold it. Great communication, service second to none and just put my mind at rest. No matter how often I nagged them or got in touch, they were always polite and friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Saqib who was the main man behind all of this and his amazing team. Wouldn't use another agency and couldn't sing higher praises of them. Very personable and they really do look after their customers. Thank you for everything!

The reason I am leaving this review? Two words, Siouxzanne Rawlings. Over the last few days she has proved to be a cut above others in her field. Responsive, accommodating and direct she has been able to handle my property needs with the precision and skill of an Olympic marksman. Friendly, approachable and professional I cold not recommend her more. If you have property needs in her area, I would not hesitate to contact.

After 2+ years of poor (sometimes very poor!) service from Andrews, I was dreading how the checkout would be handled but Jodie Pietruszewski made it all so easy. 5 Stars for Jodie, 2 stars for the rest.

Isabel went out of her way to provide us with great service. She had to work with one of the most difficult of suppliers and, despite their reluctance to co-operate, through sheer persistence and a "do not give up" attitude managed to get them to deliver. Isabel is an absolutely excellent example of how a person should operate in an organisation and therefore build the reputation of the Company. Very well done, Isabel and a big "thank you".
