Super friendly staff and quick response to any issues that might occur with a rented apartment. The property manager of my building was Connie Cook and she was very friendly and always eager to help.

I rented an apartment with Finders Keepers in Oxford. The flat was brand new and in perfect conditions. When I have notified to the property manager some minor issues with the apartment, she has quickly sent someone to fix them. Overall I had a good experience with this agency and I recommend it.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have had such a terrible experience with letting agencies recently and Finders Keepers was a breath of fresh air. Specifically, Lottie has been amazing. We enquired about a house they were advertising. I initially phoned and then she sent me a video tour over the email. We then continued to interact over email. She was so responsive every single time. She understood our situation, as we are relocating from 400 km away. The house we enquired about had already some viewings established so she did advise it might not be available when we wanted to see it. This ended up being the case, however she was lovely and professional enough to notify us that the property has been let. Having talked to 5 different letting agencies in the past 2 weeks, I can safely say Finders Keepers was the only one I would be willing to rent with, as Lottie’s professionalism made me trust her and the company she represents.

Having twice let my house through Finders Keepers Central Oxford, I had no hesitation in reappointing them to undertake a fully-managed year's let of my property. The highest standards of cleanliness, house management and upkeep again came to the fore and enthusiasm to rent the house by prospective tenants was immediate, such that potential advertising was unnecessary.
