Very posh and up to date with the times. Very good range of food and drinks and other items. Staff lady who took our order was very nice and happy to wait for us to look at cakes and menu. This makes a change so was very pleased too see this. Hotcholate was lovely, I very much enjoyed :) cakes were nice but different to what I'm used to! Very good ingredients and range for all food types. I would definitely recommend. Price is about right for the type of coffee shop.

Disappointed it looks lovely when you walk into the bakery its nicely set out. Having waited for ages to be served with very little attention or friendliness when our order came my tea was only luke warm and my daughters coffee wasn't very nice. And the real insult is that a service charge was added to serve just two drinks. Taking the mickey a bit we should have gone to John Lewis coffee shop at least it is always a good cuppa in their coffee shop.
