This bank is gonna close soon, ridiculous hours and staff is just lazy

Very friendly staff very good customer service

Poor service. Young girl behind the counter more interested in talking to her fellow young male colleague than dealing with me. Not able to speak to anyone without an appointment in a small village bank... Instead of helping me I get told I'll need to call India.. . What a joke!!

The staff at Barclays were very helpful (more so than our current Bank: Lloyds) and went out of their way to assist us today even though we are currently not account holders. We will be changing bank shortly based on the huge difference in customer service we witnessed today. Thank you Barclays Kidlington!

Friendly but not efficient. Still waiting after six months for a simple account to be properly closed.

Had issue and couldn’t get any support from Barclays calling/ video chats. Went into Kidlington Barclays and they were so helpful! Frances went above and beyond, working after hours - lovely people and amazing customer service, they’re the only reason I’ll be staying with Barclays.

Not enough staff. Almost always have to wait in a queue 🙄.

All ways closed when you need it.makes people queue to use branch.(looks to me as they are only interested in people doing online banking)

Unapologetically inefficient. Avoid.
