Quick and way to update information. Waited under 5 minutes and the process was smooth. My only feedback would be to your personal bankers that when you come to the waiting area to call the next person, don’t just say “next” and then your back and walk to your office. Actually shake your customers’ hand. Introduce yourself. Etc.

Helpful staff, unlike the people in Lloyds not far away

Waiting time was extremely long. The staff member was in fact very helpful and friendly but unfortunately there just was not enough staff members to deal with the number of people coming through.

Super helpful staff have always helped me resolve any issues! Going in person is the best way.

They open too late

Usually very helpful but the woman today wouldn’t let me put money in my account when it was 3 minutes till it closed, all staff were still in there and the door was open, I have to do another trip into Oxford now thanks to her 😡

Horrible customer service , poor Managmnet , feeling racial harassment in this branch , only good for blue eyes …. Useless and unprofessional advisors .

Unprofessional staffs , racist staff , not caring and very useless, Barclays is closing down the majoruuu of their branch , I believe they should close down this rubbish branch. Keeping my mother who has a heart problem , in the bank for 3 hours in one room to resolve her problem regarding her account but staffs left her and never back !!

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE! This bank will waste your time if you try to set up an account with them. They draw out the process so that it takes actual days--I had to visit six times during my futile quest to open an account--and their staff are maliciously pedantic. They rejected my application because my proof of university enrolment form did not also state that my term residence was a college accommodation. Nevermind that I had the college accommodation contract that was signed by the college accommodation manager, a note from the college academic registrar, and the literal college website which lists my exact address as a college accommodation. This was not good enough for the robotic desk-clowns at Barclay's, who deny all evidence, logic, and common sense in favor of their rigid Rules and Form Letters. After two days and six visits that achieved nothing but aggravation at Barclay's, I walked to HSBC instead and finished the entire account-opening process in about 20 minutes. Save yourself the trouble and just go there or any of the other banks in the area instead!

Avoid at any cost! I attended an ID verification and ended up withdrawing all my accounts with them. Wasted my 8 years of banking with these peoples. unkind staff and clueless branch manager.
