Ridiculous place only two people on the floor with cue to the door, and you see other Lloyds workers walking around at the back like they couldn't come and help for 10 mins. It's nlike this most of the times I waited 50 mins to take out some money !!!!!!!!

Absolutely rude not helpful disrespectful.There is costumer service to help you not to make your day angry by they angry disappointed faces .This Pakistani origin women was very rude I never saw a costumer service like her . Because council tax made a error they forgot to put one letter on my original name she refused to open me an bank account I gone home I gave her update council tax with original name and she still refused to open it .very disappointed I will open a bank account with natwest they accepted the issue straight away and they was very happy to open my bank account.lloyds it’s important bank but they hired wrong people in Cowley!!!!

I was incredibly impressed by the way in which we were welcomed by Mr Mohammed, the banking adviser. Easy going, to the point and addressed all concerns I had upon 2 of the visits I made to the branch; he really personalised his service as well and made my mother felt very comfortable. I don’t do review so this really a token of my appreciation! In general, the bank is quite good and can’t fault the service.
