Sad news that Oly has passed away. His hair salon in Cumberland Road is slowly getting back on its feet. Sincere condolences to his wife Marlene and daughters

Never open when they supposed to be. Visited 6 times in a week and was shut during stated open times, finally someone was in the shop doing someone’s hair I asked if I could spend my money! And buy some products she told me they were closed and come back later.... I hope we get a professional black hair salon in Oxford soon

Absolute horrible customer service. I ordered product online waited 7days for the product but it didn’t come. I contacted them,only for them to say we don’t have it. I asked when I will get my refund and the man on the phone said “ I don’t know contact PayPal.” No apology! He didn’t care . AVOID, take your money and go elsewhere. NO SENSE OF BUSINESS, NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They retouched my hair and all broke on one side and reaching to pay they increased the price from the initial agreed price by 5 five pounds not good at all

Lots of Afro hair products but not the best customer service though.
