Although the staff are really nice I don’t recommend going there, mainly because they’re not qualified! My feet were crusty when i came out of there!!! Also the nail polish took 4 hours to completely dry and it kept ruining my clothes

Absolutely fantastic experience here. Really clean, professional and kind women who know what they're doing, are happy to have a chat and have good reputable brands that they use and sell. I was served by Tilly who was really nice and chatty and really respectful. I knocked & bruised my knee a few hours before my session and she was really nice about it and made sure not to hurt it too much. She answered all my questions really - even when I repeated myself! All the women were easy to understand and there no barriers between anyone. Super convenient location and open every day so loads of availability! The wax was really nice and didn't hurt as much as I expected it to be! I hadn't waxed in 4 months and honestly the wax powered through my leg hairs and now they're super smooth and clean. Booked another appointment before I left and I'm genuinely excited to go back.

Electrolysis treatment: pre treatment appointment in which all my questions were answered the actual treatment was done carefully and tentatively... I was routinely asked if I was comfortable. It totally demystified electrolysis for me. Top service - Thank you Imogen.

Want to say thank you to the team at Tao for providing an amazing experience back in July when I had my first ever waxing done and today again. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and on both occasions the girls that did the waxing were very professional and knew what they was doing. They both gave privacy at the start and end and throughout kept asking if I was ok or needed anything and reassuring the whole time! Today i was also able to make my appointment earlier and arrived early and he lady was waiting to start and didn't rush anything at all! Thank you and will be coming here again for regular sessions!

Visited for a wax as was unable to get in at my usual salon. The prices seemed very steep but I thought I would give them ago thinking "you get what you pay for" I'm sorry to say that was not eh case at all, this was probably the most aggressive wax I think I've ever recieved in the last 5 years.

The team were very nice for my waxing appointment, but the woman who did it did a very poor quality job - there was lots of little bits of wax left on my bikini area that I then had to pull off myself! And the landing strip was wonky! I think I'll be finding a new salon...

First time ear candling , not alergies and health problems form , not gloves and nails too long Totally and absolutely unprofessional

I came to get my ears pierced today and I couldn't have asked for a better place! I was a bit nervous to find a place to get them done (as I'm a bit new to the area) but honestly my experience was 10/10! We shall see how they heal up but I am delighted with the service!
