Really first class service from the pharmacy team. Only limited parking outside but it's not busy so should not be a problem. The shop has all the things you will need from a chemist with a variety of choice across price points. Dont forget your advantage card as the points add up. Able to take contact less payments.

Whats the point in this branch having a phone number? Every single time I call no one picks up and I have seen first hand in branch the colleague personally picking the phone up just to put it down to stop ringing. They say they are short staffed but normally have at least 5/6 people working at one time.

Congratulations Boots of Clifton Moor...You are a thousand times worse than anything. Please anyone reading this buy your contact lenses from lensesdirect.com or Marks and Spencer's Opticians. Save your sanity. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Ever. A complete failure. It isn't even the store staff's fault. The whole idea is a failure. Cancelled my subscription. Disasterous.
