Very well organised pharmacy, Sue and Tracy were brilliant. Would recommend everyone to use this pharmacy!

Hideous staff. Some the rudest people I’ve ever met. I’ve used this pharmacy multiple times and every single time has been insulting and unhelpful. Will never use again. Even one star is too much.

Not helpful very miserable staff . You put prescriptions in early as you can guarantee that it won’t be right, then have to start chasing the missing items. Never there fault though or make some ideal excuse up. I’ve been left with no tables before. I’m sure they input it incorrectly when sending it off to the GP.

Incredibly unprofessional. Staff were unhelpful and moody. Complete lack of privacy available for patients - you are forced to converse with staff in the open, where everyone in the pharmacy can hear. Staff asked for private and personal details by yelling across the room, in front of other customers. Appalling.

I've always had a great experience at this pharmacy. Recently I went to get my flu jab and was treated to good service from both the counter staff and the pharmacist. Would happily recommend to anyone in the area.

There is nothing rude about the staff. It’s not an easy job, rude can often be confused with anxiety at having to deal with difficult people/situations. Yes I’ve had a couple of issues too but sometimes it’s simply no ones fault, just life

I have never experienced an issue with this pharmacy in these two years that I moved to the area. Prescriptions were ready when needed and staff has always been professional and kind.

One very rude and unhelpful member of staff encountered today. Day Lewis, please train your staff in at least the basics of customer service.
