My kitchen door into the conservatory jammed, locking me in, yesterday evening. I emailed Colin, whom I'd never met, and he got straight back to me saying he'd be round the next morning. He came to time, explained all that he was doing as he went along and was very helpful and friendly. His cost was reasonable and I'd certainly have him again and recommend him to anyone else.

Quick response, cheaper then the norm, a good locksmith and a nice bloke. Our door locking mechanism gave up on us and we found ourselves locked outside. Colin came promptly, and opened the door in less then 2mn. He also took care of ordering the same compatible lock and came back to install it a couple of days later (free of charge as he considered it to be the same job!). It took him quite some time as he wanted the door to be aligned perfectly with the frame (so the key turning process would be as smooth as possible). I you want an honest, hardworking, perfectionist locksmith with very reasonable rates, don't look further.
