Awful service, this time I booked an appointment for 11:50 today came in on time to find out the self checking in machine was broken with a dozen people queuing so naturally assumed to take a sit and wait. 10 minutes later I asked the receptionist what's going! She replied "O you didn't book? I replied I booked but due to your machine not working I couldn't check in and lots of people waiting I assumed the booking via the phone would suffice. Obviously not! Although once being seen by the doctor my experience was fantastic, I just had a bereavement and he really listened extremely well to my grief, almost finishing my sentences for me in a most reassuring way. I have added 3 stars in the hope that it'll be changed to 4 out of 5.

Very rude and unhelpful staff...they say if you want to book an appointment for the same day ,either you walk in around 7:30 or call in around 8, when this happens usually the line is always busy and is asking to call back later or if you walk in there will be only 1 person at the reception with a really long queue. One more thing to say , everytime when I walk in there it stinks so much that makes me want to throw up , considering that there will be children as well, I suggest more cleaning and maybe change the carpet too as it's dirty and old..not good for the kids that sometimes play on the floor and not good for adults too..

the doctors and nurses are very very good !!! the receptionist lady who is speaking arabic very very rude and make you fell uncomfortable

The doctors are very good which is what keeps me here But the receptionists are something else. Rude Rude Rude until they hear me speak with an english accent. I have witnessed very racist and inappropriate behaviour towards people with english as an additional language. Ive watched in horror as many non english speaking patient's struggle to communicate and the receptionists patronising rude manor. Not even grèeted with a smile. Do not work in the heart of eastom if yoh do not understand it or worse still like it. Receptionists smile, show kindness, patience, love and compassion and im sure the ratiing of this sugery will go up.

Quick appointments and generally good service by the doctors - except for locum doctors.

The worst experience I had regarding medical treatment. Their current procedure is a joke. I took me literally more than 10 visits to get a form signed to bring back to the Royal Infirmary. I'm not going to go on about the whole story because it makes my blood boil. The only star is due to the really nice girls at the reception. If you can go somewhere else or go straight to private do so because it will save you a lot of time and a great deal of headache.

I suffer quite bad with my mental health due to unforeseen circumstances, this surgery since I joined has done nothing to help me for over a year and a half I’ve not seen anyone face to face they ignore you, they lie.. fail to call you back.. it took me a week and a half to speak to anyone and then was still completely let down, all for a simple letter I needed they will ruin your life anyway they can knowing you probably want to end it all anyway! It’s sickening! I won’t be removing this review this time the people that have left good reviews obviously just want pain killers for there achy bones absolute disgrace.

I'm not normally one to complain but just trying to contact this centre was impossible. On hold for over 2 hours, being told I was first in line for 30 minutes and then getting hung up on. I needed to book an appointment, so stayed on the line the entire time in hopes for something and ultimately have received no help. I really want this place to improve as its my closest surgery and this isn't the first time I've heard about this kind of issue occur (just thought it wouldn't happen to me).

My partner has suffered a catalogue of incompetence at this surgery. The latest episode this week was being told he was given an AZ vaccine ("a new version of the AZ for the booster" according to the vaccine giver) only to later discover on his vaccine pass that it was Pfizer! Please let people know what they are being injected with!!

On hold for over an hour and still haven't got through. The GP was supposed to call me at 7.50am this morning but hasn't. The receptionist didn't have a clue about how to handle the situation.
