I attended the eye clinic yesterday for a minor procedure. I travelled over 60 miles so was pretty hot and bothered as well as extremely anxious. From the moment I set foot in the clinic I was met by the most dedicated and kind members of staff who from beginning to end went above and beyond in their attempts to put me at ease. From the receptionist to the theatre nurse nothing was too much trouble. One nurse in particular Ani was especially kind. Am sure I have more visits to come and hope that my experience yesterday is to continue. Well done all
