Sometimes you see the best of a business when things haven't gone quite as they should have done, but they turn it around. This is what happened in my case. I was really impressed and happy with the service that I received, particularly from the manager David and also Alan.

I like the store, people are friendly and helpful. I always look out for the pretty lady with long black hair. Can't remember her name but she incredibly good at her job, patient and stunning to look at.

Great shop for the apple I phone enthusiast. Warm friendly and knowledgable staff. And a great range of products.Though not cheap.

I went into the store (an experienced Windows user of 20 years) apprehensive about switching over to a Mac. I had researched plenty online but had so many silly little questions that I felt I needed to speak to someone face to face to ensure that I was making the right decision. From start to finish JACK was excellent. He listened. He was honest and he was patient. Exactly what a customer needs from a member of the Apple team in my opinion. I left approximately 30 minutes later with a MacBook Air in my hand and very happy. I would 100% recommend anyone to go in and speak to the team (especially Jack) - a professional and knowledgeable person. Thank you!

Professional, friendly and engaging staff. As soon I stepped into the store they welcomed me and asked what they could help with. The store tends to get busy on weekends, but we'll worth the visit if you'd like to try some devices, do your research before purchasing your next or first Apple product. Recommended.

I mean what can I say, great customer service, really helpful and when you want something they know their stuff and can make the payment wherever they are. They do a good job making sure the customer walks out the shop satisfied!

After being told apple care express plus was not available to be processed on a Sunday. I headed to Camebridge Arcade apple appointment booked for 10:25 am. 45m drive and £7 parking. Followed all be prepared for your appointment notes. But they missed off letting me know I needed photo ID to collect my phone that will be fixed in 2 hours.

It's good. I have bought my first ipad + apple watch from here. Good customer representative.

Very busy with customers, plenty of staff on hand to help but for me, it was a very expensive visit having to have a new screen for my MacBook Pro which I bought in Dec 2018. It seems a very short time frame for something so expensive to be needed for my laptop. Quite how they justify the cost is perplexing!
