Misleading prices. I ordered a couple of things for collection which came to £30.99. Upon arriving to collect what I ordered, my Mum was told it came to £98. The man at the till was able to get her signed up for a discount card which brought the price down to £36.99, still £6 more than what was written on my order. It is absolutely atrocious to automatically assume someone has a discount card online without being more explicit, and then still charge £6 extra. Unacceptable. I do not blame the staff at the store for this as it is clearly an issue with online ordering, but it's ridiculous and should absolutely be more clear when ordering, and have an option to add a discount card rather than assuming someone has one and automatically adding it to their order.

Pretty terrible experience there. All the tents on display were either filled with water or broken. There was poo outside in the tent display. Also nothing in the shop was were it was supposed to be and there was just stuff all over the place. Reminded me of primark! Also slightly pricey seeing as you have to pay to be a member but can still get all the equipment cheaper elsewhere online. I went with all intentions of spending a lot of money for an upcoming trek, walked out with nothing but a bad mood.

I've been buying my outdoor gear from GoOutdoors since they opened. Wet wear, boots, tents and accessories. Great value especially when you have their discount card. And a huge range of products.

The quality of the staff is the first thing you notice coming in and the last thing you notice going out. They sport a unique willingness to help and are knowledgeable in their field of retail, leading you straight to what you're looking for without trying to sell you on particular things. The experience at the counter is excellent too and the store provides all of the items you might be looking for in a wide welcoming space with demo tents in the back.

Helpful staff, good selection of products. Prices could be better, and sometimes don't have my size in stock. Good store on the whole.

Shop opened on time 9am we went straight in got what we wanted paid and left. The shop was nice & tidy, the staff were helpful and polite. All together a quick visit to a large store which was a pleasant experience.👍

Still waiting for our £354.00 refund despite being told the refund department would contact me...emails sent and still nothing, absolutely appalled by your customer service! Your store made the error resulting in our order not being placed however you managed to take the money from our bank account withoyt any issues, at least have the decency to return our money in order to resolve this issue. Don't advise us to email another department ...I'm not sending any more emails, next step is trading standards.
