awful service - ordered 17 lengths of 4x2; sent 4 back as they were bent. They sent another 4 and two of those were bent. Sent them back and one of those were sent back again. Now they are refusing to deliver the one length they owe me as they don't know how to check for straight timber..( their words) place is full of jokers - stay away!

Called for glue cost £21 didnt buy there went to screwfix same glue £10.99

Could do with more guys out in the yard they're always rushed off there feet when I go in there.

Called Travis Perkins to enquire about some cladding, a chap called Gareth answered and said they don't stock that particular make but leave it with me and I'll make some enquiries, he called me back within the hour with the price and delivery time. It wasn't the cheapest but close enough. Excellent service and went the extra mile.......... One week on I was contacted to tell me they would be delivering the cladding tomorrow, as promised, they also said they would call me to let me know when they are on their way, they did, Andrew arrived and couldn't do enough to make sure it was placed in the most convenient spot for me. Unfortunately there was some slight damage to the corner strips, I phoned Gareth and he sorted it straight away. It's so refreshing to feel you can rely on someone that does what they say they will do. Well done.

My phone call to Travis Perkins this morning with lovely Abbey, was quick, easy, helpful and very friendly just like my first visit earlier this month was with Matt.. 2 Project Packs later, I'm very, very happy and wish them all a good week. Thank you.
