MPN Windows cardiff

Just had a conservatory built and a front composite door fitted this week by MPN Windows and they've done a fantastic job. The conservatory is unbelievable i didn't think something so fantastic could have be built in a back garden its completely changed our house along with the composite front door, which my daughter is now having done by MPN as well at her house i cant thank MPN enough.

I've just had some french windows and 5 windows replaced by MPN. It's the second time I've used the company. It's refreshing that the quote is the quote, without any visits to pressure you or any fake negotiation. Prices are reasonable and the installation was carried out quickly and efficiently by the team in under one day. We're very happy with the quality of the work and the windows. I will no doubt use them again in the future as I complete window and door replacement around the house.

I would like you to know, that at every stage of the negotiations and the installation, I was delighted with the professionalism, efficiency and courtesy of all those involved in the work. I am also very impressed by the quality of the door and windows installed and it is reassuring to know that they are easy to clean and maintain, and clearly secure. Needless to say, I will strongly recommend MPN to family and friends.

COWBOYS - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Shocking aftersales service. Rude and aggressive. I purchased a composite door and have had to call them out 4 times in 7 months. It's a DOOR ! Firstly door ended up not being able to close ! Obviously installation fault. And now security lock as couldn't lock the door. Time off work and a missed appointment are my costs and inconvenience but now we are being blamed for lock - I want extra keys cut - that's all. Why should I keep paying g for your shoddy products. Don't try and intimidate us when we are quite within our rights. Customer feedback and customer care is priority in retail. I'm quite satisfied to take this matter however I need to.
