I ordered a kitchen from Howdens Llanishen back in August 2020. Amanda the designer was excellent with her recommendations, services and quickness in responding to my questions. However, delivery of the kitchen was due on the 5th of October and only 2/3's of the kitchen was delivered. I had a kitchen fitter booked in for the 12th of October to make sure everything had arrived for him to carry on with his work. It's now the 15th of October and I'm still waiting for delivery on a few items. Howdens have delivered 4 times since the 5th but with only a couple of items each time!! It's extremely frustrating as I've taken days off work to make sure I'm there to take delivery only to find out that they still didn't have stock on a particular item. The kitchen has been on order long enough for someone to go through the itemised list and make sure everything is ready to go for delivery surely? Overall I'm quite disappointed with the service I've had from Howdens Llanishen. The kitchen will look nice when it's eventually all delivered, but the stress of daily calls to ask when the rest of the kitchen will be delivered has been unsatisfactory.

Hi..I too had problems with kitchen cupboard doors that I bought that were different shades of white that was really standing out and after no less than 2 managers calling to inspect them refused to change them. And as for so called quality an MDF door is an MDF door! Spoilt the my kitchen. Very dissapointed.
