Absolutely brilliant service. Not sure who came but repaired window handle for my old mum who`s 86. I won`t say what he charged but it was ridiculously low and I`m sure in his heart he was doing a good deed for an OAP.Plan to get a similar repair done and fully expect to pay a fair price to the man for doing it In this world where a lot of companies are out to make as much as they can from as short a time as possible it`s wonderful to know there`s still honest tradesmen out there Viewforth Glazing wanted £83 for the job but like most old folk would do,my mum said to the guy "that`s a wee bit dear son"and he just walked out the house without saying another word.I did get an apology from the company.Anyway that`s what`s so good about this company, efficient, fair and above all customer friendly. .
