August 2012 Four Seasons replaced windows at my home, at this time, there were no issues, lads doing the install, their quality of work was fantastic. Nine year on to this month, my clumsy window cleaner some how managed to damage one of the trickle vents, to the extent it fell off, and and broke when it reached the concrete below. First port of call, Four Seasons, I explained the situation, to be told to pop along with broken vent, which I did today. BINGO, what I required was available, and I was handed a packet which contained two vents. How much am I due you says I. "Nothing" says the gent, and explained to me how to fit new vent. Great service first time around, and great back up service nine year on. Thank you very much, Four Seasons!! Ps, windows are still looking good to this day, a sign of quality.

I requested 3 quotes for the job and Four Seasons was the most competitive one. However, this is not the best thing about Four Seasons. Gary and his team are brilliant. Their products are high quality and they will go all the way to do a good job. We had a few difficulties because they had to build the frames around our walls, and one of the panels was giving us some condensation after the installation. Gary, Abe and Andy didn't hesitate to offer a replacement in case there was a manufacturer's fault. I also recommended them to my friend who had to change 1920's windows and after her research she decided to go with them as well. she is very happy too. They are also very kind and friendly.

We could not be happier with the service provided for the installation of all windows and doors. Gary and team have been working hard and have provided us with exceptional service. The installation was perfect and painless as well as clean with all materials and previous installation being cleared and taken away. I could not reccommend these guys enough, a thrustworthy team that will go above and beyond for their customers.

Really nice double doors installed. Best price we were quoted. There was an issue with handles not quite matching exactly - this was fixed quickly. Even better, issue with 1 handle (manufacture defect) over a year later fixed quickly with no fuss and no charge. I like the aftercare service provided. Recommended.

Thanks to Gary and the team for an excellent service from start to finish. Really looked after my elderly mum and only did one window at a time to make sure the house didn't get too cold for her. Windows and front door look amazing, thanks again
