All of the front office staff are friendly and helpful. I had amazing help when I was going through a bad patch health wise for a couple years. Doctors I saw showed patience and understanding. I can’t thank everyone enough.

Whats better, their happy smiling faces or their communication with Lloyds chemist to make sure your prescriptions there? Neither! It was a trick question. Phone at 8:30am for an appointment let it ring for 10minutes and let somebody hang up on you.....classic Ferniehill Surgery move.

How refreshing to find reception staff who are so lovely! Nothing is too much trouble! Thank you very much

We walked into the surgery after my granddaughter hurt her foot. The receptionists were both very helpful and got us what she needed to strap her foot up! A big thank you from us both

I have made complaint after complaint about a doctor buchan but nothing get resolved as she owns half of the practice. So If you would like no compassion go to her as she is a dispicioble human being! Rest off the staff seam lovely.

So many faults with this place, from the inconvenient luck based appointment system to the reception staff that seem to think they are medically trained. I have repeatedly called (as instructed) from 8am for three days in a row only to be told when I finally get through, there are no appointments left and to call back again tomorrow. There has to be a better system that can be implemented where you can call at any time and book the next available appointment?? It just seems common sense to me. The Doctors are a hit or a miss if you are lucky anough to see one. Overall, a truly terrible practice. I will be registering at an alternative surgery at my earliest convenience.

Absolutely pathetic, the receptionist are rude and extremely lazy ( like hate your job quit it! ), phoned for appointment an emergency one! As I’m 17 weeks pregnant and have came down with the flu but say they can’t help when clearly they bloody do as in every website I go on and leaflets I have from my midwife says to contact my GP ASAP if I have any symptoms of the flu when pregnant but then again the receptionist think they know everything and that they are a doctor when all they do is bloody sit at a desk all day booking appointments and answering phone calls!!

Very nice doctors, however the reception staffs are so lazy. They don't want to book you in I wanted to make an appointment. Keep saying to call at 9am to get a call back from doctors. I said I want to make an appointment for a specific time and day so I can put in diary they said no again so I ask them why on the phone voice line it says i can make a appointment. Then she agreed finally. She didn't seem happy

Compared to my last GP, these guys are great. Never had an issue with any staff member and I feel I'm always seen/communicated with in a timely manner. Issues with prescriptions are usually sly on the pharmacy side. I do not advise going with the pharmacy that's closest to them.

wanted to register online !! and what?! it is not possible to send the registration form !!! this clinic has no e-mail !! if they treat in this clinic, if they can register online, it is good that I did not register at this clinic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
