I have changed my review as, following appalling service by their travel clinic nurse, I received a very sincere and heartfelt apology from the owner of the practice, along with an offer of a personal consult from him.

I did not like the first come first serve policy. I will reregister with a practice with multiple doctors and an ability to make an appointment. Always found nursing staff to be very nice.

Reception and Doctor goes extra miles to help Patients. No waiting time on phone, Doctor called me back within a minute of my telephone consultation request. Cannot thank enough for such a good GP Practice. We are very grateful to have this extra ordinary GP Sergey in this challenging time. Marchmont Surgery is always there when we need. Wish the team all the best.

what a shame i can't give zero to such a careless doctor who kept saying to me, 'there is nothing i can do for you' and he never let me finish what i was trying to say to him. if he can't help, why he's there then. one day I was really ill and my problem was serious and when i talked to him he didn't help because he said my situation wasn't emergency. I really wish I could give - 0 to this doctor. However I must say that the receptionists were very nice and polite

One word, shame. Careless GP who doesn't listen to you . He makes his mind on the first symptom and keep on it and he is rude. I hated to have to go there and now I have change my GP I can tell how non professional he is. Agree that 1 of the 2 secretary is really kind... If you have choice go somewhere else

this doctor is not for you. the man puts his own personal believes in front of providing help. i have never met a doctor who has felt it is acceptable to provoke suicide. i wish i had my chance to report him but i left tings to long. please go to another GP as this one is to egotistical to help and only willing to do the bare minimum.
