The doctors and district nurses attached to the practice have been excellent supporting my Father.

We've had a lovely experience at Eyre Medical Practice and we're sorry we'll need to change GP's due to moving into a different area!

A wonderful medical practice, staff are excellent, registering was a piece of cake as was getting an appointment to see a doctor. Keep up the great work!

i like the GPs, thy r so professional. i gave 4 stars because i dont like their appointment booking system, apart from that i am satisfied.

Called with chest/breathing problems and told next appointment to prebook was over 2 weeks away. Told to call in mornings at 8.30am but that's bang in the middle of the school run and it's very difficult to get through. I'll keep trying. Hope I don't die in the meantime! Slightly joking as of course I could go to A&E if it gets really bad but A&E shouldn't be a last resort because you can't get a GP appointment. New patients thinking of joining then perhaps best to go elsewhere if you can as they obviously have far to many patients needing appointments for the number of doctors to cope.

I'm sick of being ignored and my valid worries minimised by this practice. But doctors surgeries near to me have worse ratings than this one... I wish I could afford private health care.

I, mostly, have a very positive experience with this practice. As someone who changed practices probably 7 times this is the best one in terms of GP’s. I was finally listened to and they don’t just tell you to take ibuprofen, they actually help you and refer you if needed. Also, had a few issues with them forgetting to order my prescription and when called on the day receptionists did everything to get a new one from the GP on the same day. They are very caring and empathetic. Nobody has ever been rude. In my opinion that’s something! Mostly NHS GP’s are clueless, but the ones in this practice are actually okay

Fantastic doctors, I am always able to get an appointment either in advance for non-urgent reasons or on the day. I really am so impressed the efficiency & friendliness or both Reception and each of the Doctors I have seen. I really feel like they take my health concerns seriously.
