fast appointments
I think this is the best practice I have ever been registered with...always helpful and know their stuff, I trust what the gps say ! If you're lucky enough to be in their catchment area don't hesitate!
Brilliant GP surgery. I can usually get an appointment for the next day. One time I had tonsillitis, I phoned at 11am, doctor called me at 1pm, had a face to face appointment at 4pm and was out with antibiotics soon after!! Impressive. Very good for mental health issues too, I always feel listened to and like the doctors are doing everything they can for me.
In overall a very good practice, will a variety of specialists available for appointment and well-trained and experienced nurses. The only issue I have with it is how restrictive it can get when it comes to people needing to change address often or spending longer periods away from Edinburgh
This practice removes you from their patient list without notifying you and they do not give you an option to extend registration. During this "covid period" I find this entirely unreasonable as it is nearly impossible to register elsewhere. The net result is that their patients get left without healthcare. I strongly recommend that if you are a student that you try to find alternative practices to register yourself with.
