5 Star operation the nursing staff and Dr Fleck are first class. Professional, caring and take their time to ensure you understand your condition and treatment. I bless the NHS for all the wonderful staff we have in this country.

They have a terrible phone service as I have to wait a long time before being attended. And when I eventually get across , I was told I will be transferred only for me to start hearing the ringing again such that I have to start all over again. The staff seem unaware of who is meant to do what.

I've been referred here more times than I care to count. The staff are just great. I find the appointments run pretty much to time. Staff are no-nonsense; they give good advice and prescriptions are dispensed quickly by the in-house pharmacy. Thanks, Eye Pavilion, for great care!

I have been referred to this hospital, however, they told me they would put on the waiting list for a year. Yes that is right a year for me to be seeing by a doctor . What a joke!

I was taken to the Eye Pavilion by taxi after being referred by Edinburgh Royal A&E at 9.00pm. I had double vision. The specialist was waiting for me and gave me a very through examination. I'm ashamed to say I can't remember his name but I can't thank him enough. He was professional, friendly and had had great patience in answering all my questions and pinpointed the broblem. He also conferred with one of his colleagues by phone. The nursing staff to were excellent. One even made up a sandwich for me as I had very little to eat. THANK YOU!

They were busy and had to hang around but appointment was within 2 days of opthalmic ref, and they investigated thoroughly, finding my problem amd taking time to reassure me

I saw dr Wright. He has done surgery that no doctor in England would do. He has made a huge difference to my life. I will never be able to thank him enough. I’ve never had a surgeon show me and talk me through what he has done to me before
