Everyone at this surgery are fantastic, and I can't praise them enough. Dr Cullen, Margaret, Fiona-Marie, the recently retired Fiona, and the nurses and locums couldn't have been more professional, helpful, accommodating and cheerful over the 11 years that I have been attending.

I've been a patient here for over 20 years, and the entire practice has been exceptional. I've found everyone from the reception staff, to the nurses and doctors, display empathy, and make me feel welcome and listened to. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic surgery

If you are thinking of signing up to a GP I would highly recommend to look elsewhere. The nurses at the practice are really lovely but unfortunately the practice manager Donna is very abrupt, often very rude and shows no empathy towards people which is not the best attitude to have with patients visiting a gp. They booked me in with a male doctor even though I had requested a female for something very personal and when I politely voiced my concern after the appointment Donna was so rude she made me cry during a very fragile time.

Most of the calls I have are with an extremely abrupt woman who basically hangs up the phone without saying goodbye. Not sure why you would have someone like this talking to people who vulnerable and seeking help and support. Really appalling service and I will now be looking to leave this surgery. Would not recommend.
