Failure to treat patients

1.0/ 5

Dr Langridge refuses to give proper care and attention to her patients, my eighty seven year old mum is registered with this Dr. She has not been able to see this Dr in over three years. Any time my mum has an appointment with this Dr she never actually gets seen by the Dr, the nurse takes the appointment. My mum is told the Dr is on a phone call. As I mentioned it’s over three years since she has actually any consultation with her GP.. I ask how is a GP supposed to treat a patient if that GP doesn’t physically see them.

I only gave it a star because I had to! Dr landgridge is a terrible doctor! You need to be a junkie to get proper treatment or even time from her! She doesn't have one single clue how to be civil never mind to be a doctor she's an absolute dragon and shouldn't be working! She sends you away with illnesses laughing in your face whilst giving you a lecture and some paracetamol for your travels , honestly don't know how she is still in practice! AVOID AT ALL COSTS GET YOURSELF A DIFFERENT DOCTER.. I KNOW I Am! - KH

Reception staff are lovely and helpful but the doctor does not have a clue what she is doing, two family members passed with cancer due to not doing enough testing and putting it down to other illness' which don't match, unwilling to listen to you and comments on clothes, hair, tattoos and weight. This doctor should not be allowed to practice and should not be getting paid the money she does for the service that is provided.

Really unhelpful doctor, not listening to you, laughing at your opinion and claiming she's the doctor not you. Not willing to help whatsoever and prescribing paracetamol for everything. Try other GP.

Dr Langridge is a great doctor and a wonderful person. She has been my GP for 18yrs now and I have never waited more than a few days for an appointment. In fact, it’s usually even sooner than that! Her medical opinion and advice has always been greatly appreciated by me. Sometimes she may offer advice on diet and lifestyle, which have great effects on your health. I would recommend her to anyone... Just don’t be annoyed if she tells you to try and lose weight or something. It’s probably true.
