Great surgery..All the Doctors are excellent as are the Nurses and Reception. It is not a big surgery but it is all the better for that as it feels more personal. Highly recommend.

Poorly organised. If you're experiencing an emergency they won't move a finger in order to help you, no matter how easy it would be or how little time it would take them. Staff is unsympathetic, uninterested, unhelpful, and borderline rude; I've met Tesco shelf stackers that were more polite and helpful compared to some receptionists working here.

I've been using this practice for so many years and my daughter too. The Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists are all great at their job as well as being very friendly. We would be lost without them.

The receptionists can be rather rude at times, especially when making appointments over the phone. However the medical care itself more than makes up for it. Dr Pettigrew (my GP) is easy to talk to and always seems understanding (even in times when I went in with silly things that I was anxious about), very thorough with investigations, and always explains things clearly.
