Not me but my partner. Reception staff are great so friendly and helpful I use this surgery to. But the incompetence of the doctors and urgency has been a disappointment 3 weeks later two results either right a trip to the hospital for six hours for the wrong diagnosis and a phone call to pick up a prescription with no reason and no appointment or see a doctor to explain. Next prescription was a basic can by over the counter pain killer which I can by from any boots or pharmacy. Very disappointed in the care given.

Went to this practice for years, the staff were always very friendly and understanding. Would always get an appointment on the same day if it was an emergency. Didn't see much of the doctors but the nurses are lovely people. However, I assume there was a new receptionist, as the others knew me by face, who was the height of rudeness. Wouldn't let me into my appointments twice stating I was late, even when I showed her the time on my phone that I hadn't missed the scheduled appointment. I don't go to the practice any more however it's unfortunate that a group of nice people were tarnished by one rotten apple.

Awful. Different doctor every time. Long waiting times. Rude staff that ignore you whilst you’re stood in front of them. Put my prescription in Wednesday and nothing at my pharmacy, doctors is closed and I have no medication left. Avoid if able, they don’t give a toss about their patients. Very poor.

Seems very good. The receptionists are polite and helpful. The practice nurse was kind and very knowledge and I'm happy with my consultation with the GPs. The environment is a bit shabby but that does not reflect on the high standard of care you will receive.

This practice is a pity as although good doctor's the reception staff have in the past been incredibly rude to myself whilst also not listening to the questions I have asked. I'm just off the phone and felt belittled and am baffled as to why when asking simple questions such as the opening hours and to change my contact number on there records. Particularly today on the 6th of January, whoever answered the phone to me today should really take a look at how they communicate. I myself am a health professional and wouldn't dream of conducting myself in this manner.

I was a member of this surgery for years and left 2018 because some of them where incompetent. The only people there I miss are the receptionists I’m giving 5 stars because there is staff in there that care.

1/ 5

Been at this surgery for decades. Constantly been misdiagnosed, dismissed incorrectly, wrong prescriptions being issued, being fed incorrect info, constant mess ups (putting it nicely) by reception and GPs and no one takes accountability. Drs will refuse to issue prescriptions requested by specialists just because they don't understand the condition or the medication and make your life difficult. Receptionists just blame GPs even if they're at fault. Doesn't seem like a team. You just get excuses rather than apologising and admitting they made a mistake and improving the issues the have. And the worst is the manager who is a vile, horrid, and unprofessional man who gaslights, and when you call him out on it (the first time I complained after decades of putting up with incompetence) you get a letter saying you've been deregistered from the surgery. Talk about abuse of power.

Receptionist is rude both in phone and physical. Took lots of convincing to get an appointment due to fake covid, then the doctor misdiagnose the disease and sends us home without treatment. Manager also doesn't want to talk, their doctors might not even have qualifications.
