Very difficult to get on the phone. My partner is at an appointment today at 7:30am so I know it’s open. Have been calling since then and the phone lines are still saying closed. This is the third time I’ve tried to call in the morning and this always happens. When I eventually get through they say there are no appointments and hang up.

The doctors here are lovely, they take the time to spend time with you and really listen to what you say. I've never had trouble getting an appointment. You need to ring up from 8 or 8.30am if you want a same day appointment. You can also register online to book appointments in advance and to order repeat prescriptions. The receptionists seem polite and friendly too.

I can't thank the team at Meadowpark Surgery enough. Switched to them a few years ago as I felt my previous doctor wasn't taking my concerns seriously. Since I moved to Meadowpark Surgery the doctors have been second to none and have given me the treatment I've needed for a long time

Would give zero stars if possible. The staff couldn’t be ruder, or more unhelpful if they actively tried. Sadly. There is little other choice in the neighbourhood.

The practice has been going downhill rapidly for some time now, and recently it has been the final nail in the coffin for me. A little background, I have been suffering from mental health issues for a couple years now, and also have a bit of a phobia around new doctors and medical practices in general, Dr Morris had put me on tablets that made me suicidal and tried to force me to stay on them even though it clearly states on the packaging to stop taking them immediately if you have any suicidal thoughts, the tablets were 'fluoxetine' which I later found is not a good tablet for my circumstances through another doctor who couldn't understand why I was on them. Changed to Sertraline which and requested to be seen by this Doctor from now on as I felt more comfortable with them. Dr Morris however attempted to force me to speak with her by advising I couldn't receive my tablets without having an appointment with her. She is horribly complacent and caused me to avoid getting another prescription, I had to ask for emergency tablets from my pharmacy so as to make sure I wasn't without them as I am a suicide risk. I then moved property and was worried about getting told I had to move practice, but after explaining my feelings had been advised by the practice that I could stay with them until I was comfortable enough to move practice myself after finding a doctor that suited my needs, barely a few weeks after updating my address to receive letters from them etc, and having that conversation about feeling vulnerable and anxious moving, I receive a letter advising that it's been requested by the practice that I be removed from their register, which if I hadn't received the letter, or if due to my mental health problems struggled to go out and get a new doctor, I would be left as a suicide risk patient without a registered doctors practice. This is gross complacency, and it took me a few weeks to recover from the fear and anxiety surrounding this. I found out however today that it was Dr Morris herself that requested i be struck off, the Doctor that could have killed me if I had listened to her about my tablets, and attempted to force me to speak to only her, even speaking to her over the phone I have always felt like she couldn't care less about her patients, she should not have the privilege of being called a doctor and after speaking to the CAB I doubt she will have that privilege much longer. On top of this I have also had prescriptions and sicklines go 'missing' which cost me my job, funnily enough these seem to always be her responsibility to get done. She needs to remember that she's dealing with people's livelihood, her attitude is unacceptable in the workplace, nevermind a doctors practice as a 'medical professional'
