I don't usually leave reviews much, although, my visit to see Dr. Sheila O’Neill today definitely warranted one. I'm not a usual customer of this health centre, but i was made to feel at home from all the staff. Especially Dr. Sheila O’Neill, she is a very careful, lovely lady. I would definitely recommend. Thank you.

The practice is generally ok but they are ALWAYS running late, hence only 2 stars. Given how much they charge, this is very annoying, especially if I'm on my lunch and pushed for time. Staff keep leaving so it's sadly not as friendly as it used to be.

Just had a lip treatment done at Glasgow medical rooms and absolutely in love with the results! The practitioners took the time to chat to me before hand and made me feel so comfortable. The procedure went so smoothly. Will definitely be back here in the future. Great customer service and amazing practitioners! X

Wonderful service for the same day fit to fly PCR testing. My mum had already missed her first flight as she only had an antigen test, and we were extremely distressed having to find a last minute PCR express test for her new flight the next day. Despite the numerous calls to continuously reconfirm the type of test (we do apologise for the trouble!), the staff at Glasgow Medical Rooms never lost patience with us, and went out of the way to reassure us about the testing procedure. They used Randox which gave us the results in an hour after it was received at the lab. Thanks to Glasgow Medical Rooms and Randox, my mum is safely back home in our home country celebrating the New Year with our family.

Worst place to deal over the phone. You should provide more training for the person who answer phone to book COVID Fit-to-Fly PCR tests. He didn't have the courtesy or patience to attend the query and was in a hurry to disconnect the call.
