Do not go here if you value your health. Had a GP tell me "we don't deal with that here" and send me home when I was suicidal (told me to go to A&E if it got worse, but if it got worse I would've been dead so...) Had a GP laugh at my mental illness when I was relapsing. Doctor cut me off from my prescription and no one called to notify me. Found out because the guy at the pharmacy, where I get my meds fulfilled, called me to say they were unable to collect and there was a note on my file from GP saying to contact them. Why am I finding this info out from a pharmacy?! The entire place is appalling. Receptionists always talk to you like you are scum. Only nice person I ever met there was the woman who did a pap smear once. Don't know how anyone here can call themselves care givers.

Nurses are great here, but have had a doctors apt twice in three years and both times I’ve been left to feel like I’ve wasted their time. First was after having a medical termination after terminal complications for the baby and the second time was after being severely sick at week 35 of a pregnancy. Both times the doctor has been disinterested, at the latter appointment checked nothing other than asked how I was feeling to tell me I had a tummy bug. Had only made the appointment after calling NHS24, didn’t check my blood pressure, temp or the baby. Scribbled a few notes on a scrap of paper. Terrible mannerisms.

If you are an EU person better not going there, i went to the practice for registration and reception women made me feel very uncomfortable. I brought documentation as required/stated on their website and they demanded an employement letter; i told them i work here since 3 months and have payslips with me, but they refused to even look at them. I've been living in London for the past 6 years, changed GP a few times and never had trouble, my actual GP is still in London; whatever i said didn't mattet to them and made me feel like a criminal, especially because the first woman i talked to didn't know what she was doing and consulted with colleague which didn't evenbother to look at me.

Absolutely pathetic service! Medical services here are running behind 100 years as of any backward country. Firstly you have to call at 8 or 2 to fix appointment. When you call bots speak to you and after a long hold, if you are lucky some human will pick up the call. Those humans are indisciplined receptionist. They don’t have manners how to talk to people. Once I tried calling to them sitting in-front of receptionist and they didn’t receive it as the phone didn’t ring. There is one small red LED on the phone which blinks when somebody calls and those ignorant people are busy gossiping rather than taking the calls. For a small simple issue like cold and cough, it requires number of hours of patience to finally see a doctor.

Possibly the nicest and best GP practice I have ever used. The receptionists are lovely and are always so helpful, they couldn't do more for my wee boy Èideard and always been really lovely even in regards to me or my husband. Even my health visitor who I got through the practice is so so so lovely. I actually miss the practice now that I have moved.

Very rude receptionist. Nothing bad to say about the Doctors. The system for arranging an appointment and requesting medication is awfully outdated, and it is almost impossible to speak to a human when you call. I have always had to call at least a week in advance.
