I have to say that I was warned about using this company however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt - Boy what a mistake that was. I had a few issues and requested to speak with the General Manager of the company 'Colin' who said 'What makes you so 'SPECIAL' as to warrant a phone call from me ? Well I'll tell you what makes me so 'SPECIAL' Colin and your other customers - We are keeping you in business! That's what makes me/us 'SPECIAL'. The customer service is absolutely shocking. The GM 'Colin' put my honesty and Integrity into question.Whatever happened to 'The customer is always right'. Would I recommend this company - Absolutely NOT. I wonder if Mr Andrew Glover is aware at just how badly the GM 'Colin' is treating his customers ? - I hope you do read this Mr Glover and take ownership of not just the issues I have had but the issues your other customers have had too.

I got these guys out as they've been recommended to me, and they were great from start to finish. The salesman was brilliant, no pushy salesman tactics like some of the others do. Price was good, and completed a perfect job. Thanks to everyone at West Yorkshire Windows

We wanted a patio door fitting where a window had been, for access to the deck area. West Yorkshire windows fitted it, quickly and efficiently. The whole process was good, from the initial site survey and quote to the finished article. The lads who fitted it were pleasant clean and tidy,.Everything was cleaned up(they even went round to our neighbours to wipe any brick dust off their window cills). All the rubbish taken away as well. We kept them supplied with tea and biscuits as well. Very very satisfied with the whole process and we have no problem with recommending them to anybody who wants new windows etc, Excellent firm in our eyes.

we have a lovely conservatory that we purchased 10 years ago, the warranty ran out in April this year. Two years ago we reported that the floor was sinking, this was reported to a engineer that had come to remove a worm from inside the polycarbonate. However he did not report the floor as requested, now it has sunk even further and there is a good 2 inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the skirting board. WYW will not do anything about it and even suggested we pay towards the repairs. After spending all that money to be fobbed off, what a disgrace and a total lack of customer service. Would not recommend these to anyone. Lee, you were full of promises and it was all hot air.

Unfortunately the ability to leave a negative number of stars is not an option. Despite the assurances from the salesman regarding the high quality of product and workmanship. I have found them to be lacking on every level. 1. The fitters left no less than 20 4" screws on my driveway after they had finished fitting the windows. They were only spotted moments before I pulled on to my driveway after a screw head glistened in the sun. 2. A bead in the bathroom which was CLEARLY incorrectly fitted was deemed acceptable. It was eventually rectified after 7 months of emails between myself and Stephen McCabe - who initially denied that there were any problems. Furthermore they felt it appropriate to send one of the fitters who was out walking his dog to rectify the bead in question. If that doesn't reek high quality standards or quality assurance of any kind I don't know what does(sic) 3. West Yorkshire Windows do not make their own windows, they are made by a company called Visual - based in Mirfield. This was not told to us at any point.  4. If you have an issue that needs resolving expect a lengthy email exchange before anything happens 5. Despite the invoice being settled 3 months ago we have still not received a PAID invoice or details of our warranty 6. Buyer beware - do your research first. Only use this company if you like slow, poor quality and argumentative emails. 7. Your details will be sold on to other companies who will then contact you regarding their products. For example Thomas Sanderson - curtains/blinds. I question their knowledge or understanding of GDPR or its implications.

Efficient service, good communication, quick sorting out minor problem after installation.

They conducted a window install in my grade 2 listed home and the result was a Superb service, good quality and clean and fast implementation. From start to finish this was an easy company to deal with. The sales management, tech support, survey and implementation was as good as you would ever need it to be. Information was easy to access via the Portal and any comms were clear and straight forward. A big shout to the implementation team, Colin, Robbie and Archie - fast, friendly, clean and good quality work. A company I would use again without any doubt.

We have had all our new glazing from WYW, including an incredible garden room. Their service is always outstanding, from a great visit from the sales representative to the surveyor and the installers. The product eliminates noise and cold winds and as customers we feel we are valued. We can’t recommend highly enough. After sales is professional and underlines that the company shows that customers matter

Cannot praise WYW highly enough. Mark the salesman was very helpful in the initial stages of our various jobs! First job was a window replacement in the lounge, which involved taking out a bay and fitting a new modern window. The extension has taken some time due to materials but we are nearing the end of this now and are so far very pleased. We decided to have 3 more windows replaced and again these were done efficiently and quickly. Colin and Robbie were fantastic doing the first window, then Robbie and Archie have just done the other 3 windows. Very impressed, and would recommend WYW to anyone!

Excellent service throughout with excellent products. Very happy with the install and the team are excellent wouldn’t consider using any other firm in the future. Highly recommended
