Had my windows installed in 2017.one of the window latches failed could not close window.Rang TWS. Give her our details within the hour they sent out an engineer. he replaced the handle sorted. excellent service.

Excellent service from my very first telephone call starting the process to my last visit by the plasterers . All the office staff & workmen the scaffolders roofers ,electrician , plasters were polite and very hard working . I would highly recommend this company .

First class product, first class installation team with excellent workmanship and they kept mess to a minimum. The windows to the front of our house were the original 1950’s timber framed, single pane, leaded glass windows set in exterior stone mullions but the interior had timber mullions and window frames in a variety of shapes and sizes. From start to finish the TWS team were excellent. Their attention to detail both in the product and fitting were second to none. It's a bit daunting spending such a lot of money on windows especially when there are cheaper alternatives available but we wanted to make sure our home, whilst not a period property, retained as much character as possible so we opted for black aluminium leaded windows to the front and to the rear of the property we had black aluminium but without the leading so as to make the most of our wonderful views of the Wharfe Valley. I am very pleased to say the windows have definitely enhanced the look of our home. We also had to have all new hardwood window sills plus new internal timber mullions and it also involved quite a bit of replastering, so it definitely couldn’t be called a straight forward job! That being said, we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. When the fitting and internal work was finished both my husband and I stood back and agreed it was money well spent. The house is also so much warmer than before. It is such a relief to know that when we come to replacing the rest of our windows there will be no more trawling of companies that could do the work, we will simply go straight back to TWS without a moments hesitation. We are absolutely delighted with the result.

I would like to thank TWS windows (specifically Aaron) for their help resolving my fathers conservatory roof. The roof was damaged by falling roof tiles and TWS replaced the entire roof for me. Whilst we encountered a few issues along the way these were dealt with promptly and professionally, the team who called this week were very polite and professional. The job they completed was better than expected and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Excellent work in the end and a BIG thank you to TWS for all their help. I give this company one star due to their service over the ten year guarantee. However in April 2020 a hinge on a bedroom window failed and a representative of the company attended and reported to us that a replacement was required. The representative said he would order a new hinge. in July/August TWS rang to say they had ordered the hinge and would repair the window asap. On 26th October 2020 I noticed the window had detached from the top and was in danger of letting rain in. I rang TWS and was told someone would ring me back, they did so about an hour later to say they had [lost, not had] the details of the required hinge and that another man would have to visit to get details of what was needed, but the lead in time for this visit was seven [7] weeks! I told TWS that I would order a hinge myself and get another company to fit it. I find this service disgusting and I shall not be using them ever again.

Tried booking someone to give me a quote for two doors. I messaged a sales guy called Mark and got no response! So lost a customer lost money and lost the job! Nice way to run a business!

Product installed well, and a few years on it’s is still a good product.

I have used TWS twice now and both times the service has been brilliant. They have replaced a window and installed a new patio door and the jobs have been completed quickly and to a high standard. All the staff from Tony to the fitters are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks guys!

TWS replaced my old conservatory with a new brick extension and I am extremely pleased with the work they have completed. From the dismantling of the old conservatory through to the completion of the extension the staff onsite and in the office worked professionally and had pride in their work. The organisation and communication throughout the build was excellent (even through the Covid lockdown) and I would not hesitate in recommending them for this type of work.
