The receptionist at Chandos is fantastic (at Woodhouse they are ok too but I guess see more people). The nurses and the Doctors here are great. We’ve seen so many with our baby and most have done a thorough examination and never make you feel you’ve over reacted. In particular, Dr Alex Hetmanski and Dr Mohammed Satter as well as some other female doctors whose names we can’t remember - one is on maternity leave. We always feel reassured. Thank you for seeing our baby late notice on Friday 12th April Dr Hetmanski.

Drs are ok but getting through their receptionist they put most calls through Woodhouse who are unhelpful and extremely rude note to them if you are going to call people names (i.e. liar, stupid )etc make sure you have actually hung up the phone so they can't actually hear you

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. You could literally be dying and you still would not get an appointment at Chandos Medical Centre. To say the doctors have studied for years to become qualified, they are lazy and incompetent as they always telling you whatever medical symptoms you are experiencing are due to stress. Eczema? Stress. Cold? Stress. Loss of hearing? Stress. Lump on breast? Stress. Some of the doctors actually just google/research symptoms in a book, they are not knowledgable at all. When you call ahead, they say there are no appointments available and advise you to call in the morning for an appointment that day... however they still don't have any appointments. I do not recommend Chandos at all. Chandos? ChanDON'T.

My first visit this morning. Great experience so far. Extremely pleasant and helpful receptionist.

My first visit this morning. Great experience so far. Extremely pleasant and helpful receptionist. The waiting area is bright and fresh. The doctor put me at ease straight away and made me feel that he really cared. Generally my impression of the Practice so far is one of concern for the patients' well being. There was even a personal message from one of the Partners on the answer phone which was another nice touch. A promising start so far.

Amazing GPs, Nurses and admin staff. The support and guidance I've received over the years has been tremendous; above and beyond in many cases. Thank you.
