Superdrug Pharmacy oxford

Would not recommend. I went yesterday at 5pm to buy some medicines. The pharmacist saw me, however, she completely ignored me. After a while the lady said "Hi, how I can help?" (and this from the back-office, without even coming over....). Then she showed me where those medicines were. I was about to ask her a question, however, she just run away. After a minute I went back to the counter and the lady let me wait again and then said "Hi, how can I help?". It seemed a crazy machine to me rather than a human being! I replied: "I just would like to pay". She: "You could have paid at the front till, but that´s ok". Never seen a person which such poor manners amd unhappy to complete basic tasks like charging a client! According to the receipt, the name of the rude cashier is Zarah.

I always like going here. Friendly staff. Nicely organised. Pharmacy area has improved. Looks good.

Terrible service, waiting 20 minutes or so for a prescription and for the prescription to not be complete and having to come back again for the rest. The customer service is poor with the staff having an attitude when they think they're not within ear reach. Wouldn't recommend..
