So I saw other day that this surgery is one of the worst in Leeds on a survey of surgerys and I have to agree reception is the front of s surgery so the staff here spend most of there time talking to each other even while serving a customer a lot of the time staff have an attitude the doctors however r very good when u finaly get to see one communication between patient and staff none existent I'd say to reception if u don't like it job then leave and let someone who knows how to speak to the public do the job rubbish surgery

I have been with this practice from it being a one man band, Dr David Furness, to the two location multi partner and expertise it is today. It has listened to the patients and not only provides on line bookings, but 3 days a week a both locations a 'walk in' service, so if you wake up feeling unwell you can be seen that day. You may have a wait, but that is how it was years ago and we didn't mind then. Perhaps all NHS GP practices could learn from this? Unfortunately there are always patients who will moan about anything, even a booked time appointment being a few minutes late. Perhaps the previous patient(s) were quite ill and needed further attention/ investigation? Very difficult for the receptionists when they do not have further information to pass on. Perhaps patients should be patient? Personally I think that this is an excellent practice. Long may the care and attention it pays to all its patients, patient or otherwise, continue.

Got a letter to make an appointment to see a doctor called into the surgery made appointment to see doctor 10 days later went this morning to be told my appointment was for the nurse asked could I see doctor no can I have a telephone appointment yes next Thursday REALLY this mistake was yours not mine good job it's only my thyroid blood test they needed to discuss I'm furious this happens everytime Wake Up. I would not recommend this practise to anyone on the 20th doctor rang to discuss the result and upped my thyroid medication I'd forgotten about the other reason I'd asked for a blood test went to the walk in service on the 24th asked again about the blood test the reply only one test was done but they could give me a note to have it done at the A&E hospital the reason you go to a doctor is to safe valuable resources Or I could make another appointment on my way out. The time line for this is 1st visit 30th November final visit 24th December 1 out of 2 requested tests (on one sample of blood) I've nearly lost the will to live.

Like it's sister surgery Colton Mill this used to be a superb surgery, I don't know what went wrong. You can't get an appointment for love nor money, they're constantly asking you to come for reviews that you can't get an appointment for and don't even bother trying to telephone them, you'd be better sending a blind carrier pigeon. Oh and don't get me started with their new demented phone system,

Absolute joke you can't make appointments anymore you have to ring at 8 to get an appointment only for that day I drive and am unable to call at that time and if I could I can't wait for 30 plus minutes for someone to pick up. My mother told she had to book online again no consideration for her confidence on using the Internet since Dr Houghton left this place as become an absolute farce.

We have asked for a letter and it’s nearly 2 months and we still have not receive it. I don’t understand what’s taking so long, receptionist are very rude, unprofessional and bad behaviour/ manner. They don’t know how to deal with there patients. I feel like it’s to do with the skin colour. I hate going to this surgery and will not recommend anyone.

No one ever answers, and when you get through after trying a hundred times the receptionist just puts the phone down on you Doesn't seem like they give a care at all. They either are really incompetent or short staffed, I would guess at both
