5/ 5

Mr Kelly saw my eleven year old son after several GP appointments were unable to diagnose a problem he had with his ears when swimming . My son was nervous and Mr Kelly immediately made him feel at ease asking him questions to establish the cause. Very quickly , following a short examination he diagnosed the problem . Following 5 days of treatment with drops and a follow up appointment 2 weeks later , the issue with my son's ear has resolved. This after 8 months trying to get answers before seeing Mr Kelly. Thank you from us both !

My husband has been very anxious over a week as he had been having repeated episodes of being lightheaded and fullness on one side of face for a week. This had come up suddenly following a couple of weeks of sore throat and dry cough. Both him and myself were very anxious as we were concerned that it could all be a serious problem related an ENT issue. He was seen by Mr Kelly today. Mr Kelly listened to his symptoms, took a thorough history and performed a complete examination and answered all questions completely. He was very clear in his communication and was able to clearly exclude that the ENT problem to be a cause of his symptoms. My husband is a professional .Mr Kelly gave a very clear, plausible diagnosis and that has put to rest all of our worries. Thanks Mr Kelly.
