Good when they came to quote for the windows/door. Enthusiastic then. After that (when agreed quote and paid deposit) all went quiet and had to chase for updates. Wasn't impatient either, said would be about 12 weeks and waited a bit longer than that before chasing. Then window fitters did a couple of windows a day, door took another day. I will however say no probs with windows/doors fitted and they do look good.
