Absolutely horrendous. Ordered my composite front door on the 8th June, surveyor came 15th June, everything fine, other than he said i couldn't really have a door knocker on the type of door i ordered, which was fine.
My installation date was 9 July, i was getting excited to get my new door, but this was short lived. I received a phone call on 7th July go say they are unable to install my door, as it didn't pass the regulations, i was a bit taken a back, as it was a day before my installation.Why hadn't this been picked up sooner rather than a day before the install. Still waiting to be refunded. There wasn't any lee way in this, they didn't offer me if i wanted to choose another door, it was a case of we cannot install your door end of bye. Thursday the 9th a Safesyle Customer Care man came, and said you are due your door to be installed today, i said you are having a laugh aren't you, they cannot install my door, he didn't know of this, i said i don't know why, as i have a neighbour who lives in the same style of house, who has had one of Safestyles doors and it fits perfect, so what is the difference god only knows. The customer care guy said where do you shop i get you some vouchers he said it won't make up for the door, he said i go and make a phone call to see why they cannot fit your door give me 20 mins, it has now been 9 hours. I rang Safestyle to voice my concerns, someone was supposed to be ringing me back tonight, i don't think so at this time.
