so bad!!! never have my medication on time, sent it to stoke once, never pick up the phone, usually quite a long wait

They claim to turn around a prescription a three days, not in my experience you should allow at least four. I they are filling a prescription for more than one mediaction be prepared for them to not have all the requested drugs. This means you get to go back the next day and pay for a second time for the rest of items on the prescription. Then there is the opening hours, closed outside of core busines hours and at lunchtime they lock the door a few minutes before 1pm to make sure they get a full one break.

I have never in my long life been treated as rudely and as offensively as here in any other shop i have visited. I had the bad luck of facing an hysterical lady pharmacist, who, in a very thick Spanish accent, was insultingly and loudly repetitive in her refusal to make an appointment to give me the flu vaccine to which I am entitled by law. The only reason I could find is that she was in a very foul mood and enjoyed taking it out on customers. My attempts to contact someone else who may have a supervisory capacity produced no results. No one ever phoned me back, despite promising to do so, and no one replied to my mails. Avoid the place if you can.

Not very friendly. Not helpful. I changed my pharmacy. And I am very happy with the service

Recently during a 4 or 5 day long lack of electricity issue in the pharmacy, the staff have been magnificent. The stressfulness of the situation must've been very hard but they dealt with most issues and were always unflustered. In my case all was done to help me out. Next time you have problems here, please remember, the staff are there to help.

I am amazed as to why this so called "pharmacy" is allowed to continue! I decided to use this location, as it was next door to my GP Practice. On three occasions that I visited the store, they screwed up my prescriptions. That is equivalent to 100% error rate! I have never seen a more incompetent establishment ever!

Regularly fail to dispense full amount of medication then tell you it is necessary for you to get a further prescription to make up the shortfall. Staff can be extremely rude.
