No communication once you open an incident. Have had an issue with the internet (Eduroam) since starting in September 2017 and it still hasn't been sorted 6 months on, very detrimental to my education. Staff at the building are somewhat helpful but, for my issue, they've advised me to keep emailing them about the issue and I'm getting nowhere

I would rather give it 0 stars if I could. Unhelpful on their website - haven't had a response from them for 3 days, haven't had internet connection in uni accommodation on my laptop for the last 5 days. Terrible!
