Should’ve read the reviews before I came here. The slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It took more than an hour for me to receive my medication.

I'm not sure if something has happened in the last year, but this place has really been struggling recently. Hugely long waiting times, mistakes with medication and more often than not, they won't have your prescription ready when you have been told you can collect it. Would definitely advise finding a different pharmacy, that's what we will be doing!

Prescription in for a week go to pick up No havent got it come back at 5pm. Come back at 5pm still havent got prescription come back tomorrow APPAULING SERVICE never use to be like this!

Worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of using. More often than not, they fail to order important medications generally requested a week before. They have lied to me and told me that medication has been ordered when it has not. Avoid at all costs.

Since one of the staff left recently the service here has been utterly appalling.

Wouldn’t recommend. When I came to pick up my prescription I was told it hasn’t even been ordered yet. Was told by a member of staff that I should try to pick it up from a different pharmacy. My GP said it may take long to rearrange the delivery, since their records show it’s been delivered to this pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy again and asked when I can pick up the prescription I was told they can’t find my name in their records?! They ordered it for me now, will try to pick it up one more time tomorrow but will change the pharmacy after that. Update: came in the next day and they told me they are “not allowed” to order it and they’d never heard of this medication. Arranged with my GP to be able to pick it up from somewhere else. Worked without any complications.

Good staff but gets very busy.

Shocking service. Turning people away 10 - 20 minutes before they are due to close, losing or not having prescriptions ready.. Do yourself a favour, and use a different pharmacy.

Just don't bother.
