We’d just like to thank all the team at The Discount Window Centre, for a very professional job and service. From our initial contact with Paul in the showroom, who was very helpful throughout the whole process, always being directly available either on the phone or at the showroom. He kept us fully informed of timings and progress of the project and helped resolve any issues or queries promptly and without fuss. At no point was any pressure applied and once we’d agreed on the specification, a single very competitive quote was given. Trevor and Tony did a great job, fitting the 5 windows and door in the two days that was allocated. This included an excellent job of making good the external white rendering to all window cavities, which are now as good as before the job was started. Internal finishing was great, no damage to any of the internal decoration. It only took 2 weeks from our initial enquiry to the completion of the installation. I couldn’t recommend The Discount Window Centre more highly.

I received fantastic service from the Company throughout the whole process. The service I received initially from the Sales Team was excellent. The advice and prompt action in arranging and supplying a quotation was superb. The installation guys were also excellent, they arrived as arranged and completed the job in one day and removed old frames etc. Thank you to the whole team. I highly recommend Discount Windows to anyone who needs new windows as the price was very competitive and service Excellent!!!

Recently had all our windows replaced and new front and back doors fitted. The whole process was hassle free from the initial visit to the installation. Given great advice on the visit and in the shop and the lads on the install were great, punctual and tidy. Really happy with the doors and windows and the quality of the work. Would highly recommend and use again if needed.

Just had full front of house windows replaced by The Discount Window Centre ...can’t praise the Company highly enough, the price quoted was amazing and the two fitters ( John and Chris Sage ) were fantastic. They never stopped from the minute they arrived until the job was finished....even when they were drinking there Coffee ( they do like a cup of coffee ) They are the cleanest, tidiest workmen we have ever had doing a job in the house for us. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company 100% ....windows look great ...Thanks again.

From day of placing order to date of insulation the was no waiting fast and reliable service . Fuss free and excellent service . Window fitters arrived on time knew what they had to do and came fully prepared for the work entailed . Both Jeff and Dave excellent workers took care of the area they worked in and respected the property. Clean and well installed windows no issues with the work carried out both really nice guys pleasant and polite. Would highly recommend discount windows and both Jeff and Dave as installers more than pleased great value and a 1st class job done thank you .

From the moment I emailed the Discount Window Centre to request a quote for replacement windows and door for my mum's house, everything was straight forward and really quick. We made an appointment to pick styles and everything was Covid-safe in the showroom. She was offered a date for installation before Christmas which we didn't expect. A big shout out for Geoff and Dave who couldn't have been more accommodating, cleaning up after themselves and disposing of the old frames. Mum is so happy, can't recommend enough.

Terrific service from getting a brilliant price quote for two French Doors online to visiting, viewing product and finalizing installation date at their showroom. Very professional and friendly service. Installers Jeff and Dave have just fitted the two French Doors and what a great job, their attention to detail was amazing. Nothing too much trouble for them and have a great pride in their work. Brilliant job lads, total positive experience and value for money. Highly recommended, thank you.

I have just had 6 windows fitted, the windows are exactly what I wanted, Tony and Trevors attention to detail when fitting is fantastic, they work non stop and they also managed to save the wooden architecture that was already on our 130 year old Victorian house and fit the windows seamlessly they look fantastic and authentic, we are so pleased nothing was a problem. I would also like to thank Paul and the team in the shop who put our order together perfectly. Excellent quality I will be recommending these to all of my friends and family. Are they the cheapest? I have no idea, but the quality is fantastic and you can’t put a price on that, Keep it local folks x
