Very pleasant experience! Had the classic afternoon tea with a glass of champagne. A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Lovely service and some very tasty finger foods. Only critique is that the balance between sandwiches and sweets are off. There’s far more sweets compared to sandwiches and scones.

My stay at the Montague on the Gardens is by far my best hotel experience to date. The hotel is well kept, the staff kind, and the service is quick and thoughtful. They don't miss a beat once you step into the hotel! The staff is very attentive and wants to make sure you make the most of your time there and in London. The hotel is very centrally located with plenty of access to the tube, local attractions, and highly rated restaurants and cafes! By the end of my stay, the Montague felt like my home away from home and I was very sad to leave. I already miss the wonderful staff, the delicious cookies that came with their fabulous tea, and my cozy room. Thank you to Luke, Thor, Georgia, Jorge, and the rest of the wonderful staff! Your kindness did not go unnoticed, and you left me (as well as so many other guests) with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime!

I stayed here for 5 nights in October, and I was truly pleased with every aspect of this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide 5 star service. The elegance of the hotel from the rooms to the eateries was top notch. Honestly this hotel should be a 5 star, because 4 does not describe it correctly. I will definitely be recommending this, and coming back myself next time I am in London. The location is walking distance to so many places, being in Holborn which is central. An experience I will never forget. Thank you all who made my stay so fabulous!

The best service you can find in London. I had a long term stay here as I was looking for a flat/student accommodation, and I can truly say I this was my home away from home. As a germaphobe I really appreciated the pristine rooms. The staff was delightful and genuinely wanted to help in any way they could; I felt looked after and really enjoyed my stay. Too many good things to say about this place! Thanks for everything! Will definitely come back with my friends for afternoon tea to celebrate end of term.

5/ 5

We have stayed at the Montague on the Garden twice this autumn with our third time going to be over New Year. Each time we have stayed we have received amazing customer service, usually we stay all over London and have no loyalty to a particular hotel, however the service at the Montague is definitely making us return to this hotel more frequently. Thank you to Jorge for arranging for us a super night out, he listened to our likes and dislikes and got us a great night booked. Also Thank to Mustafa he's a great friendly guy, checks your stay is running perfectly. All the team appear to really enjoy working at the hotel which is so nice for their guests. From the moment you arrive and one of the team whisk off your car to the moment you leave the service we have found has been refreshingly professional, welcoming and friendly. Keep up the great work :-)
