Be very careful with what ODC promise and can actually deliver. We were impressed during the consultation and following negotiation agreed a price for a conservatory roof replacement. After we had paid the deposit they attempted to add costs back onto the job, such as removing the old roof they were replacing and awnings for weather protection while replacing the roof. They failed to mention that these were optional extras during their site visits or in the contract and attempted to sneak the costs back up after the contract was signed and funds paid, claiming they were not making any money on the job. Owing to the breakdown in trust we mutually agreed to terminate the contract and the full despot was repaid within 3 days.

Have to say that these guys were brilliant to work with. After the initial discussions they sent a surveyor to our house who found that we had windows at an angle due to old movement. it took some effort but they helped us get through the obstacle and we now have a brilliant set of doors and windows. Can't thank you enough guys.

I wanted to let you know how delighted I am with my new doors! The quality is superb, they look amazing and very easy to open. I was very impressed with the fitters, Arthur and Noah. They were so considerate of my needs as I’m a wheelchair user, really going the extra mile to make it easy to lock the doors, and minimising the lip of the threshold so my wheels would go over it. They were both so knowledgeable, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Please pass on my feedback and gratitude to Arthur and Noah. They deserve a bonus! I’ve been looking for bi-fold doors that were stylish and easy to open for several years and it was definitely worth the wait!

We collaborated with ODC on a residential refurbishment and extension project. ODC supplied and installed beautiful doors, windows and roof lights which transformed the spaces we designed. ODC’s workmanship and customer service were first class. The installation was seamless and their work completed quicker than expected. It was very refreshing for the glazing installation to neatly align with the construction program, without delay nor create any issues. I highly recommend ODC’s services and products.

Outstanding product and customer service. From the moment Ian and his team did the survey to when the products were installed we were bowled over by the attention to detail and care taken. Everything was well explained and we were kept informed of production and delivery times. The window in our loft is quite the show stopper and we have had friends use ODC as a result. Thank you!

This company is both dangerous and useless. They do not complete work that has been paid upfront for and also install dangerous windows that do not meet safety regulations. They put in a full wall to ceiling window on the second floor in our house and forgot to also put the essential Juliet balcony, which we had paid for. For several months now we have been trying to get them to come back with no success. We have 2 children in the house and these practices are quite frankly dangerous, illegal and irresponsible. I am in the process of reporting them to the building regulations standards authorities.

Have a look at the photos attached to see what a shabby, unprofessional and unsafe state ODC have left our house in ! I would never recommend or hire this company. They take all your money upfront and then it’s a struggle to get them to do any fitting! There is no customer service even though they advertise themselves as a high end glazing company. It took several months to complete poor quality work and it took many phone calls and emails begging them to come to finish off. They still have not finished as they have installed a full length window and not installed the safety juillet balcony! This is a major health and safety issue especially as we have young children at home. They do not seam to communicate with their fitters or customers. They subcontracted all of our fitting and the fitters unfortunately do not speak English! The fitters are over stretched so instead of doing a full days work they come for half a day or less. It took several half day visits for them to get to this poor quality finish. Would you be happy with this? They have done several pre site visits and never identified any access issues but now are suddenly saying that their fitter said there were access issues and this is the reason why they could not fit the Juliette balcony ( however they did not have any access issue with the full length floor to ceiling window! ). The fitter did not mention anything about access issues to me when he was there! The truth is they ran out of time so had to give a reason on why they could not fit the window and the balcony in one visit!! Our project was too be done in two stages as the scaffolding had to be removed so they could install the kitchen bifold doors. They arranged a work schedule for fitting so that they could finish the work that required scaffolding, the scaffolding would then be taken away and they would fit the bifold doors on the ground floor. They failed to notify the scaffolding contractors to not take away the scaffolding as they had not stuck to their schedule. The fitter even instructed me to get the scaffolding company to take away the scaffolding. Something that I thought strange at the time but who am I to question the fitters or the arrangements that have been made between ODC and the scaffolding contractors! ODC take no responsibility for their mistakes, lack of communication, actions or anything else. I have paid them upfront so have no worth!The lock on the doors also does not work in a smooth action and is impossible to open and close. They are not an architectural glazing company and have no concept of nor genuine concern for aesthetics- note the light grey felt on anthracite grey frame!

ODC designed and installed all the rear windows in our contemporary new house. Lou was determined to find a solution to a very technically difficult installation as we wanted glazing across the entire back of the house and wrapping around the side. They were very helpful and the guys installing the windows were friendly and worked efficiently and to a high standard.

Beyond in love with these windows. They look great, easy to operate, surveyor was brilliant as was installation team. Slimline S320 sliding doors look amazing and bring the outside in.
