Can't tell you how happy I am. Peter fitted french doors and side panels last month for me. Great service from first visit for quotation to completion of work. Really great job done by Peter and his team. They replaced all the windows in our 3rd floor flat, quickly and matching the old design exactly. Peter provided very helpful advice as to which type would be best for our needs (we went for double glazing with extra accoustic glass) and he also gave us a full break down of the pricing etc. Not at all pushy, just a decent window fitter who did a very professional job. We have already recommended them to all our neighbours and I would highly recommend South East windows to anyone.

Could not be more pleased, waited a while to post to see if everything was still OK after a few weeks-it is. Old Victorian property without a straight line anywhere but Roy was just what you want in a builder, very particular about getting it right despite the difficulties. Had lots of workmen over the years, very few I would have again but I would definitely recommend Roy, excellent job.

I got quotes from a few companies however Peter was the only one who followed up to my questions on email so I decided to go with Southeast Windows. I am super glad I did, as Peter was professional and I am really happy with the work done in installing a new PVC backdoor and replacing glass in several windows. Peter was knowledgable, friendly and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge of window and door installation like some other builders have, being a first time home owner. Live in a terraced house and over 3 years have had all front and rear sash windows replaced by South East windows. Also had windows and balcony door in loft convertion installed .Took quotes from several companies and chose SEW for quality, professionalism and competitive price. Liked the look of the windows. There's continuity because the sales person who presents installs the windows. Was confident the sales person presenting had experience and an understanding of windows and installation. Able to answer my questions satisfactorily. Really happy with the installation process. Punctuality and good communication . After 4 years windows functioning very well without problems. Easy to clean and no need for window cleaner. Very happy and satisfied customer.
