5/ 5

Unfortunately I have been here quite often but EVERYONE has been great. I was there twice this week and both times the staff were lovely. A and E was busy and they had building work going on but the staff took it in their stride. I was dealt with swiftly and with great compassion. I was embarrassed by the attention I received. Thank you all.

I came today by calling the 111 - I have been waiting for 3 long hours. The GP examinated me and did not give me any prescription at ALL. She only advise me to order some test online. I mean what a point to wait more than 3hours - losing your day and your time for having no prescription and no medical advise. What a shame - I have been consulting the NHS for the same issue since a year - been GP is a such a joke in the UK - Might be worthy to improve their studies and at least try to give a proper diagnostic rather than checking google online and assuming that it will be suffisant. I am Horrified by such a lake of committement and emphaty.

Everything amazing but the girl from Registration named Izana. Rude, uninterested and for she looks unhappy with her job, ah I think she should buy a new wig and improve that hairline.

Maybe I'm biased because I work at St.Thomas's but even the staff I don't know are generally friendly. We have work values regarding respect and integrity, and the patient is always put first.
