I recently had my knee replaced at the London Clinic with Mr. Paul Culpin and I could not have been happier with the service and the facility. First of all, the facility is modern even though in an older building. The rooms are immaculately clean with everything you could want in a hospital room when you’re sick. Even the food is good . The staff is first rate… Kind, efficient, attentive and always ready to help. I’ve also been through Aqua therapy since my knee operation. Each of the sessions lasts for a half hour and the exercises are extremely helpful. The physical therapists are top-notch. As you can tell, my experience was exceptional. I have no hesitation about recommending it as one of the best hospitals I have ever been in.

My girlfriend, who is an elite athlete, recently visited the physiotherapy department seeking advice for disordered breathing. She stated that the service was of the best quality and she highly recommends Julie Moore, a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, who is brilliant; highly knowledgeable and friendly. Julie introduces new breathing techniques, which helps to treat a range of conditions, my girlfriend has already noticed changes in her quality of life and training after just two sessions.

My experience with The London Clinic is about recovering from a knee injury which did not require surgery but it required a lot of physiotherapy. I worked with Federico for almost 6 months up to the point that all my troubles are gone and I can return to my usual sport routine which involves work outs, football and cycling. Federico’s approach was great, we started from a point at which I could barely walk and today I just had my final session in which we concluded everything is fine and I can go back to my regular routines. Logistics were great, scheduling and relation with the clinic was smooth. I just love it when I go to a place and people smile and treat you with respect.

Large open plan reception with good number of customer facing staff. Large en-suite private rooms with modern bed and LCD TV. The medical staff are very polite and attentive when needed. The rooms are clean and clutter free and the ward seemed quiet.

Federico Febbraro, of the London Clinic, was my go to physiotherapist following my back surgery. I did physiotherapy with him for nearly 9 months. Federico is professional and dedicated with a thorough technical understanding of the human muscular system. His passion to help the patients comes out through and through. Federico was instrumental in my rehab and I can not recommend him highly enough. He has had a significant part to play in my recovery and I will always be thankful and grateful to him. Overall, my experience of the London Clinic, the nursing team, the hydrotherapy / physio units was top class and I was very happy and satisfied with their care and approach.

The doctor I saw was really kind and helpful—he told me the diagnosis and explained what he knew and the knowledge gap that needed to be filled with further examination. The receptionists and examination practitioners are all very helpful and friendly as well. Overall, the experience at this clinic was very positive and made me feel safe.

I have been seen by Deepa. She is an amazing physiotherapist. She didn’t just help me with my physio but lifted up my mental and spiritual side too. Where I am today is also a lot because of her encouraging word and constant support. Thank you.

After having a few surgeries and overnight stays at hospital I must say this is by far the best one. The care provided is absolutely amazing. The food is fantastic, seriously tasted as if I was in a very nice restaurant. The facilities were superb and everything was so seamless. Really impressed!

I received great care there, but I wished the self-pay pricing was more transparent. I also wished they were easier to reach over the phone to discuss cases, but they always seem to be in a rush.

This is very un professional clinic and I don’t recommend it for international patients who are seeking professional treatment. No sort of communication and will keep for months after they get you proceed with them. There are many professional clinics and hospitals in London which are away better than them. Try to ask your consultant for a better place.
